Member Services Specialist | Part time

Feast & Fettle is hiring a part time Member Services Specialist to join our team in Pawtucket, RI.

This is a part-time, in-office role with a Friday–Monday schedule. Part-time shifts are six hours, and fall mid-day (for example, 9am–3pm or 12pm–6pm).

What you’ll do

As a Member Services Specialist, you’ll be the voice of Feast & Fettle—delivering thoughtful, helpful support to the members who count on us every week. You’ll respond to inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social) and help solve real-time issues with care and efficiency.

You’ll bring kindness and clarity to every interaction, whether it’s answering a menu question, tracking a delivery, or resolving a concern. You’ll work closely with teams across Culinary Ops, Fulfillment, and Logistics to ensure our service lives up to the standard our members expect.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where empathy, resourcefulness, and great communication skills matter. On delivery days especially, you’ll be a key link between our team and the members we serve—offering proactive solutions, creative problem-solving, and a warm, professional presence in every exchange.

What we’re looking for

You’re an empathetic, resourceful communicator who thrives in a customer-focused environment. You’re calm under pressure, a great multitasker, and know how to turn a tricky interaction into a positive experience.

You bring strong writing and phone skills and are comfortable using support tools and systems to help manage a high volume of interactions. You take ownership of your work, contribute positively to your team, and genuinely enjoy helping people.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, or support roles is strongly preferred—especially if you’ve worked in high-touch, concierge-style service environments. If you’ve supported an affluent customer base, worked in luxury hospitality, boutique retail, or similar—you’ll feel right at home here.
