3rd Shift Culinary Production Supervisor
Feast & Fettle is hiring a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to support our Culinary Operations Center team in East Providence, RI.
Thursday-Monday, 10:00pm-6:00am
This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role working in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. Supervisors oversee day-to-day kitchen operations on a designated shift, with responsibility for quality, safety, team performance, and production flow.
What you’ll do
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead hourly team members across key production kitchen stations—including ovens, tilt skillets, flat tops, slicers, and other industrial equipment—to ensure that menu items are prepared safely, efficiently, and to standard.
You’ll assign daily station roles, monitor performance, and help your team stay on pace and on spec using production plans and batch recipes. You’ll be expected to uphold food safety standards, coach team members in proper procedures, and partner with Culinary Leadership and FSQA to troubleshoot and adjust in real time.
You’ll also support onboarding and training for new cooks, contribute to a positive kitchen culture, and model professional communication, teamwork, and accountability.
This is a physical, fast-paced role in a production kitchen environment that requires standing for 8+ hours, lifting 50 lbs, and being present and engaged with your team on the floor.
What is Feast & Fettle?
Feast & Fettle is the fastest-growing meal delivery service in the Northeast—and that momentum comes from a team of smart, kind people who show up to build, not just keep up. We move with urgency, sweat the right details, and bring care to everything we touch.
What began in 2016 as a private chef’s side hustle has grown into a company serving thousands of households, with a mission that’s both simple and personal: to nourish everyday life. That mission shows up in every detail—from how we source ingredients and plan our weekly menus to the care in every delivery and the trust we build at our Members’ tables.
We care for our people the same way we care for our Members—with consistency, thoughtfulness, and a commitment to raising the standard. We invest in our team because we know: when you’re supported, you do your best work—and help us do ours.
What we’re looking for:
You’re an experienced kitchen leader with a background in large-scale food production, commissary kitchens, or food manufacturing. You’ve managed teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and know how to lead with clarity, care, and urgency.
You understand food safety, batch cooking, recipe execution, and kitchen flow—and you take pride in consistent, high-quality output. You’re organized, steady under pressure, and committed to creating a clean, safe, and collaborative workplace.
You’re tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and processes. You communicate well, follow through, and set the tone for the shift.
ServSafe certification is preferred, and in-house food safety training is required during onboarding.
Because our team is multilingual, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred for this role.
What you get:
$65K salaried compensation, plus full benefits package
Here, you’ll find comprehensive benefits that make a difference in your daily well-being, along with a safe, welcoming, and energized workplace culture committed to providing the opportunity for every team member to thrive.
We provide medical, dental, and vision coverage (with 70% of your monthly premium paid by F&F), accrued paid time off totaling three weeks in your first year (and increasing with tenure), and a 401(k) retirement plan. All employees enjoy a free Feast & Fettle membership—$165 worth of our fully prepared menu items every week—plus paid parental leave, an annual $1,000 professional development benefit, and a monthly wellness reimbursement you can use for anything that supports your well-being, from gym memberships to therapy copays.
