
Production Cook, 2nd Shift
Feast & Fettle is hiring Production Cooks to join our Culinary Operations Center in East Providence, RI..
This is a full-time role with benefits, in a high-volume, large-scale food manufacturing environment, with a consistent schedule and back-to-back days off. The schedule for this team member will be 2:00pm-10:00pm, Thursday-Monday.
What you’ll do
As a Production Cook, you’ll prepare our menu items at scale, using industrial equipment and following standardized recipes to ensure every dish meets F&F’s quality standards. You’ll rotate through kitchen stations—working with combi ovens, tilt skillets, flat tops, grills, tumblers, slicers, and more—while keeping food safety and consistency top of mind.
You’ll work closely with your team to complete large batch cooking with efficiency and care, producing high-quality meals that are delivered to thousands of homes each week. You'll be expected to manage kitchen math confidently, follow detailed production guides, and uphold strict cleanliness and food handling standards.
This is a physical, fast-paced role that requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with focus and urgency in a production kitchen environment

What we’re looking for
You bring hands-on culinary experience, preferably in a high-volume or manufacturing-style kitchen. You have a strong understanding of food safety, consistency, and kitchen workflow, and you're confident using large-scale equipment.
You’re reliable, communicate well, and show up ready to support your team. You’re someone who takes pride in getting things right—whether that’s hitting recipe targets, keeping your station clean, or sharing feedback that helps the team improve.
ServSafe certification is preferred, but not required—we provide food safety training during onboarding.
To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for the full shift, and performing basic kitchen math. Above all, you bring consistency, quality, and a team-first mindset to every shift.
