What You Own

You support the day-to-day work that makes recruiting and onboarding feel seamless. You keep interviews moving, first days organized, and new hires informed. You bring consistency to the behind-the-scenes details that help people feel welcome and prepared.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings (internally and externally) and coordinate interview logistics
• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers clearly and promptly
• Ensure new hires have what they need before and during onboarding
• Track key onboarding steps and flag any gaps
• Conduct 2-week progress check-ins with new hires and their supervisors

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Interview scheduling turnaround: <= 48 hours
• Day-one readiness checklist completion: 100%
• New hire feedback (week 1 survey): >= 9.0
• 90-day new hire retention: >= 90%

What You Get

Full time, salaried compensation:  $55,000

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday
